TRUE TO ME

Thoughts

We often think that powerlessness is because we lack something. I think it's actually about what we've given our attention to.

To fear. To obligations. To a role that has been easier to maintain than to question.

When attention returns to the present moment and your inner guidance, our power has room to flow. Not dramatically, but quietly, surely, and steadily.

The mind is adept at creating stories: who you are, what you should be, what role you should stay in.

These structures are not wrong, they are just learned.
And therefore they can also be seen, dismantled and left behind.

Clarity does not come from thinking more.
It arises when you stop taking everything you know as true.

Taking responsibility for your own strength doesn't mean control or fulfillment. It means the ability to face what is. Honestly and without detours.

We often give our power to fears, old experiences, learned beliefs, or what we should be.

When these are recognized, there is no longer any need to look outside oneself for strength. It is already there.

Regardless of roles, positions, or stories, we all experience the same basic things: fear, love, uncertainty, hope.

Humanity is not a weakness. It is our common denominator. And often it is through it that we also find our true strength.

Painting, abstract

Many people carry responsibility like a burden. As if everything should be constantly under control, correct, and justified.

When the inner space becomes clearer, the responsibility also becomes lighter. Not because it disappears, but because it is no longer the whole identity.

We learn early on to act in roles. We are someone's child, someone's parent, a professional, a responsible person, a spouse, a friend.

Roles help us function in the world, but they become a problem when we start to believe that we are just them.

Much of the exhaustion, conflict, and inner tension comes from trying to fulfill roles that no longer reflect who we really are. When a role is detached from identity, space is created to breathe.
