What information is collected

I collect information provided by clients themselves, such as:

• name

• e-mail address

• any message sent via the contact form

• information related to booking a session

• For surrogate sessions, I also collect basic details of the person on whose behalf the session is held (e.g. name and age), as well as information relevant to the session topic. This may include health-related information. For minors, a guardian provides the information. I use this information only to carry out the session.

In addition, the Quantum Hypnosis session is recorded if the client so wishes.

How the information is used

 

The information is used to:

• respond to contact requests

• manage bookings

• deliver the service

 

The information is not used for marketing without separate consent.

 

Data retention

 

Information is kept only for as long as necessary to deliver the service or as required by law.

The session recording is delivered to the client. The recording is stored in Microsoft Teams and I keep it for one week after sending it to the client. After that, the recording is deleted.

Disclosure of information

​

Information is not disclosed to third parties, except as needed to deliver technical services (e.g. booking, payment processing, video connection and recording storage).
